Day Of Shoot
Because we had such a rang of locations we wanted to shoot in and using the same time when using those locations we needed to shoot over many days instead of just shooting all our shots in one day. the first day would be in the forest because this is the hardest scene to shoot because it was an unpredictable area and every character would have to be there. the second would be at friends school a large open area we could get shots of the "killing" as well as use the empty car park to film car shots.
Day 1
we arrived at the forest about 12 and started to set up the area we wanted. this was quite hard because we had to get all the equipment for the shoot over a small river such a s fire food and all the camera equipment such as tripod and SD Cards. we then waited for our actors who came shortly after. we shot all our footage in order of the story board to make converting and sorting footage on the Macs easier. the only problem was that it was quite windy and therefore couldn't start the fire straight away.

Day 2
we arrived at friends school visitors car park at 2 and stared filming straight away. we wanted to shoot all in car shots in that day and it was pretty successful - only taking a couple hours to get all the shots. we then moved on to the out of car gun shoots. this was less successful and thou the acting was good the actual location was wrong.

after looking back on our initial edit of the music video and discussing between our selfs others in our class and our teacher we diced to re shoot the shots of the "shooting" we wanted to not have it out in the open or near nature this was because it makes more sense if you were going to kill someone (linking to horror films) and also were taking him away from nature.
Day 3
this was shot in a friends basement around 6pm it has no windows only artificial light. we only needed Dom and Luke for these shots so didn't take long the hardest part of the shoot was keeping the head wound consistent with the cut in the car but we could make it look more sever showing time passing.
